A boutique hospitality group was running bookings across a scheduling app, a spreadsheet, and a handful of sticky notes. We replaced all three with one system built around how their team actually works.

The challenge
Three tools, zero visibility.
Front-of-house staff booked tables in one app, private events lived in a spreadsheet, and walk-in overflow got scribbled on paper. Nothing talked to anything else, double-bookings were routine, and the owner had no single view of the night ahead.
The approach
One calendar, every source.
We built a single booking engine — public-facing for guests, internal for staff — with real-time table availability, automatic conflict detection, and a live floor view. Everything writes to the same source of truth.
What we built
1
Guest-facing booking flow
A fast, mobile-first reservation form with instant confirmation — no phone calls required.
2
Live floor management
Staff see every table's status in real time and can rearrange seating without touching a spreadsheet.
3
Automated waitlist & reminders
SMS confirmations and reminders cut no-shows, and a digital waitlist replaced the paper one entirely.
4
Owner dashboard
One screen showing tonight's bookings, tomorrow's outlook, and month-over-month trends.
★★★★★
We used to dread Friday nights. Now the whole floor runs off one screen and double-bookings just don't happen anymore.
